St Edmunds Childminders are a collective group of professional child minders covering different areas within the St Edmundsbury district.

Types of childcare offered

We offer reliable full day care for children and babies from 0 years plus.
This is usually Monday to Friday with some childminders offering a service of overnight, weekend care, after school care and occasional babysitting.
Many of the group can offer full time contracts, term time only contracts and school holiday cover.

Professionalism.

All of our Childminders are registered with Ofsted, and follow the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) as required by law, the same as Nurseries and Schools. Childminders are regularly inspected by Ofsted and have to keep to a good standard of care and education to keep their registration.

All of our Childminders are CRB Checked, are Paediatric first aid trained, have Safeguarding Children and hold Food & Hygiene certificates as stipulated by Environmental Health.
